Job summary

US Foods is seeking a Manager, Warehouse to lead a safety-first operation focused on people, service, and cost. You will guide on-floor associates, coach performance, and ensure accurate receiving, storage, and outbound loading while partnering with senior leaders to maintain high service levels.

In this role you will manage staffing, monitor productivity, and drive continuous improvement through disciplined execution in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in warehouse distribution.
• Minimum of one year of experience overseeing a workforce.
• Familiarity with inventory control, OSHA, HACCP and other regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a safety-first culture and develop policies and training.
• Direct and supervise warehouse associates to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Hire, coach, and assess performance of on-floor staff with Sr. Managers.
• Oversee inbound/outbound processes, stock locations, and ship readiness.
• Monitor productivity and safety metrics, and implement corrective actions when needed.
