Job summary

US Foods in Buffalo, NY seeks a Sr. Manager, Warehouse to lead a safety‑driven, cost‑effective operation and mentor Warehouse Managers. You will ensure accurate inbound receiving, storage and outbound loading, driving a zero‑defect culture while upholding US Foods values.

With 5+ years in supervising unionized warehouse teams and strong WMS/OSHA/HACCP knowledge, you’ll shape staffing, continuous improvement and production flow across the facility.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of warehouse operations, methods and procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication and people development skills.
• Experience with OSHA, HACCP and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Achieve safety, service, and cost targets in the warehouse.
• Oversee and develop Warehouse Managers through coaching and training.
• Drive associate engagement, retention and performance improvements.
• Develop production flow processes and cost reduction strategies.
• Monitor inventory, safety reports and operational data for improvements.
• Approve daily load plans and ensure timely deliveries.
