Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in warehouse distribution.
• Minimum of one year of experience overseeing a workforce.
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements (OSHA, HACCP).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret financial and operational data.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a safety mindset and promote a safety-first culture.
• Oversee and develop warehouse associates through coaching and training.
• Direct and supervise work and productivity within the warehouse department.
• Participate in hiring and performance reviews; address gaps.
• Ensure accurate orders are staged and loaded for shipping or receiving.
• Monitor performance data and coaching to improve efficiency and reduce mis-picks.
