Job summary

Henry Schein Medical seeks an executive sponsor to identify and cultivate IDN relationships, guiding multi-year non-acute distribution partnerships. You will engage at the VP Supply Chain and C-suite levels to shape strategic collaborations, RFP responses, and high-stakes presentations.

Responsibilities include designing nationwide IDN strategies, negotiating embedded models, and delivering CFO-ready ROI analyses. Travel is required to engage national health systems and GPOs.

Qualifications

• Experience engaging C-level executives in large health systems.
• Proven ability to design multi-year strategic partnerships with IDNs.
• Knowledge of GPO contracts, formulary strategies, and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Leverage IDN relationships to schedule strategic discussions with C-levels.
• Architect, negotiate, and close multi-year distribution agreements.
• Present executive-level TCO models and ROI to senior leaders.
• Lead national IDN partnership strategy with senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with GPO partners to accelerate IDN conversions.
• Develop and implement partnership plans across multi-site environments.
• Provide data-driven insights using analytics platforms.
