Job summary

Henry Schein Medical seeks an executive-level leader to identify, cultivate, and convert IDN relationships into strategic, multi-year non-acute distribution partnerships. You will operate at the VP Supply Chain, CPO, CFO, COO, and CEO levels to design partnership frameworks.

You will architect and close multi-year agreements, lead executive conversations, and collaborate with GPOs and senior leadership to deliver compelling economic value.

Qualifications

• Twelve+ years of progressive experience with minimum 5 years in IDN selling at VP/C-suite level.
• Proven track record in creating multi-year strategic distribution partnerships with IDNs at enterprise level.
• Experience closing contracts in the $5M–$50M+ annual revenue range.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred; healthcare/supply chain certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leverage IDN relationships at senior levels to secure strategic partnerships.
• Architect, negotiate, and close multi-year strategic distribution agreements.
• Present at boardroom level and respond to RFPs for partnership opportunities.
• Develop national IDN partnership strategy with senior leadership.
• Lead GPO ecosystem engagement to align formulary and tier structures.
• Build executive-ready TCO models demonstrating value of non-acute distribution.
• Collaborate with field operations to implement partnership plans across multi-site IDNs.
• Deliver data-driven supply chain insights using analytics platforms.
