Job summary

Henry Schein Medical seeks a senior executive to identify and cultivate IDN partnerships, translating executive relationships into multi-year, strategic non-acute distribution agreements with the nation’s largest health systems.

The role operates at the VP Supply Chain, CPO, CFO, COO, and CEO levels, collaborating with senior leadership and implementing partnership designs across multi-site IDN environments. Strong financial modeling and data analytics are essential.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience with minimum 5 years in IDN selling at VP/C-suite level
• Proven track record of creating multi-year strategic partnerships with IDNs at enterprise level
• Experience in non-acute distribution within health systems and executive-level negotiations

Responsibilities

• Leverage IDN relationships to establish strategic partnership meetings at VP/C-suite level
• Architect, negotiate, and close multi-year distribution agreements with IDNs and large health systems
• Lead executive-level presentations, RFP responses, and partnership design sessions
• Develop a national IDN partnership strategy in collaboration with senior leadership
• Lead GPO ecosystem engagement to align formulary positioning and accelerate conversions
• Build CFO- and VP Supply Chain-ready TCO models demonstrating value of non-acute distribution
• Collaborate with field infrastructure to implement partnership plans across multi-site IDN environments
• Use Power BI and other analytics to deliver data-driven supply chain insights to IDN leadership
• Maintain a rigorously staged pipeline and provide regular progress updates to senior leadership
• Identify and pursue new IDN target markets and GPO opportunities
