Job summary

Henry Schein Medical is seeking a senior leader to cultivate and convert executive-level IDN relationships into strategic, multi-year non-acute distribution partnerships. You will design partnership frameworks for the nation’s largest health systems and act as a bridge between senior leadership and C-suite partners.

The role requires extensive IDN experience at VP/C-suite levels, strong financial acumen, and expert negotiation skills. Expect heavy travel and executive-facing responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 12+ years progressive experience in healthcare supply chain
• Minimum 5 years IDN selling at VP/C-suite level
• Proven track record of multi-year IDN partnerships with $5M-$50M+ annual revenue

Responsibilities

• Lead executive-level IDN partnership discussions and meetings
• Architect, negotiate, and close multi-year distribution agreements with IDNs and large health systems
• Develop and implement a national IDN partnership strategy with senior leadership
• Lead strategic GPO ecosystem engagement to align formulary positioning
• Present CFO- and VP Supply Chain-ready TCO models showing ROI
• Collaborate with field leadership to design partnership implementation plans
• Deliver data-driven supply chain insights using Power BI to IDN leadership
• Maintain a disciplined IDN opportunity pipeline and forecast progress
