Henry Schein Medical seeks an executive-level leader to identify, cultivate, and convert IDN relationships into multi-year non-acute distribution partnerships. You will operate at the VP Supply Chain, CPO, CFO, COO, and CEO level, designing partnership frameworks and presenting high-stakes strategies to senior executives nationwide.

Responsibilities include negotiating multi-year agreements, developing a national IDN strategy, and leading GPO-level collaboration.

Qualifications

• Requires 12+ years in role with 5+ years IDN selling at executive level.
• Experience designing multi-year distribution partnerships with $5M–$50M+ annual revenue.
• Ability to present to IDN C-suite and lead high-stakes negotiations.

Responsabilités

• Identify and cultivate executive-level IDN relationships to propose strategic partnerships.
• Architect and close multi-year distribution agreements with IDNs and large health systems.
• Present CFO- and VP-level TCO models to demonstrate ROI and value.
