Job summary

Henry Schein is seeking a senior leader to cultivate and convert executive-level IDN partnerships into multi-year, strategic non-acute distribution agreements. You will engage C-suite stakeholders, design partnership frameworks, and drive national strategy across large health systems.

The role demands extensive IDN selling experience, financial fluency, and the ability to present complex ROI/tCO analyses to CFO and VP Supply Chain audiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years of progressive experience with IDN sales at VP/C-suite level.
• Proven track record closing multi-year strategic distribution partnerships in health systems.
• Deep knowledge of IDN governance, procurement hierarchies, and C-suite engagement.
• Strong financial acumen to discuss ROI and TCO with CFO-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Leverage IDN relationships to secure strategic meetings with C-suite executives.
• Architect and close multi-year distribution agreements ranging in the millions.
• Lead executive-level presentations, RFPs, and partnership design sessions.
• Develop national IDN partnership strategy and pursuit plans.
• Align with GPO partners to accelerate IDN conversions.
• Deliver CFO-ready Total Cost of Ownership models and ROI analyses.
