Job summary

Henry Schein Medical seeks a senior executive to identify and convert IDN opportunities into long-term, non-acute distribution partnerships. You will operate at the VP Supply Chain, CPO, CFO, COO, and CEO levels, shaping partnership frameworks across the nation's largest health systems.

You will lead strategic negotiations, develop national IDN strategies, and collaborate with GPOs, BDE, and senior leaders to deliver executive-ready financial models and measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience selling to IDNs at VP Supply Chain or C-suite.
• Proven ability to create multi-year strategic distribution partnerships.
• Strong financial modeling and ROI storytelling.
• Familiarity with IDN governance and GPO contracts.

Responsibilities

• Leverage IDN relationships to secure strategic meetings at C-level.
• Architect and close multi-year distribution agreements with IDNs.
• Lead executive-level presentations and RFP responses.
• Develop national IDN partnership strategy with senior leadership.
• Engage with GPO partners to align formulary positions.
• Present TCO models showing distribution ROI.
• Coordinate with field infrastructure to implement partnerships.
• Use Power BI to deliver supply chain insights to IDN leadership.
• Maintain a rigorous IDN pipeline with accurate forecasting.
• Identify new IDN markets and high-potential health systems.
