Job summary

Henry Schein Medical seeks an executive relationship leader to convert IDN partnerships into multi-year non-acute distribution agreements. You will engage at the VP Supply Chain, CPO, CFO, COO, and CEO levels to design strategic frameworks and drive enterprise value.

You will architect deals, lead high-stakes negotiations, and present data-driven ROI models while collaborating with senior leadership to expand national IDN coverage and GPO engagement.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience with 5+ years IDN selling at VP/C-suite level
• Proven multi-year strategic distribution partnerships with $5M–$50M+ annual revenue
• Experience presenting to CFO/SVP level and leading complex negotiations

Responsibilities

• Leverage IDN relationships to set strategic partnership meetings at C-suite level
• Architect, negotiate, and close multi-year distribution agreements with large health systems
• Lead executive-level presentations, RFP responses, and design sessions
• Develop national IDN partnership strategy and target market plans
• Manage GPO ecosystem engagement and formulary alignment
• Build CFO-ready Total Cost of Ownership models and ROI analyses
