• 5+ years at Salesforce or in the Salesforce ecosystem with direct P&L responsibility.
• Track record of leading transformational projects and AI-driven delivery.
• Senior leader able to work effectively with C-level executives and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry- and account-focused vision for AMER Professional Services.
• Champion AI native delivery model across services lifecycle and staffing.
• Attract, coach, and develop a high-performing, AI-fluent team.
• Develop insights on customer needs and market trends; shape sales plays and advisory councils.
• Collaborate with CSG, Sales, Marketing, and Product to operationalize service delivery by segment.
• Influence cross-functional teams without formal authority and drive measurable business outcomes.
• Lead large-scale transformation initiatives with concrete operating model and talent changes.
