Job summary

Salesforce seeks an accomplished senior leader to steer AMER Professional Services, driving AI-native service delivery and coordinated market execution. You will align cross-functional teams to scale offerings, manage performance, and deliver measurable customer outcomes in a fast-moving cloud ecosystem.

You will lead strategic transformations, build scalable delivery models, and partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing to accelerate revenue growth across the AMER region.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leadership in a services role with quota attainment and strong results.
• 15+ years of work experience with deep industry expertise and challenges.
• 5+ years at Salesforce or in the Salesforce ecosystem with direct P&L responsibility.
• Proven track record in transforming services delivery through AI-native approaches.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry and account-focused thought leadership for AMER Professional Services.
• Champion the transition to an AI Native delivery model across the service lifecycle.
• Attract and develop a strong team with AI fluency and transformation capability.
• Develop insights about customer needs, industry trends, and sales plays.
• Collaborate with internal teams (CSG, Sales, Marketing, Product) to operationalize services.
• Lead large-scale business transformation and operating-model redesign.
