Fuze Health Inc. seeks a VP of Call & Clinical Operations to lead the Clinical Call and Clinical Operations vertical, overseeing a unified workforce of 450+ agents and licensed professionals across multiple brands.

You will drive regulatory compliance, continuous improvement, and strategic initiatives in a fast-growing organization. Candidate must have 10+ years of executive leadership in clinical call centers or pharmacy operations, a pharmacy degree with RPh licensing, and an advanced business

Qualifications

10+ years of executive leadership in clinical call centers or pharmacy operations.
Experience managing hundreds of remote/hybrid agents.
Pharmacy background with licensed pharmacist status preferred.
Advanced degree in business, operations or pharmacy.

Responsibilities

Oversee clinical call and clinical operations vertical across multiple brands.
Direct staffing and capacity strategies for 450+ care agents and licensed professionals.
Ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality patient engagement.
Drive continuous improvement and cross-functional alignment with product, compliance, legal, HR, and finance.
Lead strategic initiatives to scale operations in a high-growth organization.
