Fuze Health in the United States seeks a seasoned VP of Call & Clinical Operations to lead the clinical call center, pharmacy operations and related customer engagement across multiple sites and a large remote workforce. This executive will drive staffing, regulatory compliance, quality, and continuous improvement while partnering with Product, Legal, HR and Finance to align launches with execution readiness.

Travel up to 25% is expected.

Formación

• 10+ years of progressive executive experience leading complex, large-scale clinical call centers, clinical operations, or pharmacy operations.
• Scale & scope experience managing large remote or hybrid multi-site teams (400+ FTEs) in a 24/7 high-volume environment.
• Pharmacy background preferred: graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy and a Licensed Pharmacist (RPh) with state board eligibility; willingness to obtain additional licenses as needed.
• Advanced degree in Business, Operations, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Deep experience in process engineering, quality management systems, and operational scaling.
• Experience maintaining pharmacy compliance and interacting with regulatory authorities (State Boards of Pharmacy, DEA).
• Strong change management and cultural alignment skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Clinical Call and Clinical Operations vertical across legacy TruePill and Alto.
• Direct staffing, capacity management and optimization for >450 care agents and licensed clinicians.
• Ensure high quality, standardized performance across a large remote work force and modernize SOPs.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and safety with state boards and DEA standards.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Legal, HR, Finance and other senior leaders to align launches with execution readiness.
