Job summary

Fuze Health in the United States seeks a seasoned VP of Call & Clinical Operations to lead a multi-site, 24/7 clinical call center and pharmacy operations. You will drive staffing strategies, performance, regulatory compliance, and high-value outbound initiatives while partnering with executive leadership.

The role demands 10+ years of executive experience in large-scale healthcare operations, strong change management, and a pharmacology background or licensed pharmacist credential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive executive experience leading complex, large-scale clinical call centers, clinical operations, or pharmacy operations in high-growth, matrixed organizations.
• Experience managing remote or hybrid multi-site teams (400+ FTEs) in a 24/7 high-volume environment.
• Pharmacy background preferred: licensed pharmacist (RPh) in good standing with state boards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Clinical Call and Clinical Operations vertical across legacy TruePill and Alto with a unified workforce of +450 agents.
• Lead staffing, capacity management, and performance initiatives balancing cost, service, and growth.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, quality standards, and safety across a large work-from-home team.
• Partner with Product, Compliance, Legal, HR, Finance and other leaders to align launches with execution readiness.
• Drive operational maturity, compassionate patient engagement, and outbound revenue-generating strategies.

Education

Advanced degree in Business, Operations, Pharmacy, or related field
