Fuze Health is seeking an accomplished VP of Call & Clinical Operations to lead a nationwide, 24/7 Rx contact center and clinical operations team. You will guide strategic staffing, ensure quality and regulatory compliance, and partner with senior leaders to scale services across multiple brands.

The role requires extensive executive experience in clinical/pharmacy operations, a pharmacy degree (preferred), and a track record of managing large, remote or hybrid teams while driving continuous

Qualificações

• 10+ years of progressive executive experience leading complex, large-scale clinical call centers, clinical operations, or pharmacy operations.
• Experience overseeing remote and hybrid multi-site teams (400+ FTEs) in 24/7 high-volume environments.
• Pharmacy background with licensed pharmacist status in at least one state (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Clinical Call and Clinical Operations vertical across legacy TruePill and Alto, representing a unified workforce of +450 agents with 24/7 coverage.
• Direct staffing and capacity strategies for over 450 care agents and licensed professionals to balance cost, service, quality, and growth.
• Ensure high quality, standardized performance across a large work-from-home team and modernize Rx contact center SOPs.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with state boards and the DEA; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Product, Compliance, Legal, HR, Finance and other senior leaders to align launches with execution readiness.
