Responsibilities

• Independently resolve complex external client issues and route to resources.
• Resolve atypical issues or escalate to management as needed.
• Serve as subject matter experts on BNY products and services.
• Lead staff on projects and client issue resolution.
• Coordinate across multiple lines of business to support major clients.
