BNY Mellon is seeking a Senior Vice President to join our Client Operations team in Everett, MA. This in-office role requires four days on-site and focuses on resolving highly complex client issues with large external clients.

You will leverage advanced problem-solving and deep product knowledge to deliver superior service, and may lead projects and mentor staff across lines of business to ensure client requests are executed effectively.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience analyzing information to resolve complex client issues.
• Excellent communication to deliver high quality service to a specialized client base.
• Deep knowledge of BNY Mellon products, services, client issues, and needs to support business development.

Responsabilités

• Independently work with large, complex external clients to resolve critical day-to-day issues and direct them to appropriate resources.
• May resolve atypical or highly complex issues and/or escalate to management as appropriate.
• May serve as subject matter expert on BNY products and services.
• May lead staff on specific projects and resolution of client issues.
• Lead team members across multiple lines of business in providing support to major clients and ensure requests are executed.
