Job summary
Sinch is seeking a Senior Account Executive - Voice Specialist in Austin, TX to drive revenue growth by combining strategic sales leadership with deep expertise in enterprise Voice and cloud communications. You will partner with Account Executives, Customer Success, Solutions Engineers, and cross-functional teams to develop and execute complex sales strategies across enterprise accounts.

Qualifications
- 12+ years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 8+ years with a master’s, or 5+ years with a PhD, or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in complex enterprise environments.
- Experience developing and closing complex new business and expansion opportunities with senior stakeholders.
- Deep expertise in enterprise Voice, telecommunications, CPaaS, or cloud communications.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex sales engagements from discovery through close.
- Engage executive and technical stakeholders to shape solution strategies.
- Develop and execute account and territory strategies to accelerate new business and expansion.
- Mentor peers and contribute to sales enablement and go-to-market initiatives.
