Job summary

Sinch is seeking a Senior Account Executive - Voice Specialist in the US to drive revenue growth across enterprise accounts. You will partner with AEs, customer success, solutions engineers, and cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic sales plans in the Voice and cloud communications space.

The role requires deep expertise in enterprise voice/telecom markets, consultative selling, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of related enterprise sales experience or equivalent with degrees.
• Proven track record exceeding targets in complex environments.
• Deep expertise in Voice, telecom, CPaaS or cloud communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex sales engagements and strategic account planning.
• Engage executive and technical stakeholders to shape solutions.
• Develop and close new business and expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive go-to-market execution.
