Job summary

Sinch is hiring a Sr. Solution Engineer to support Strategic and High Potential Accounts. The role leads a team of Solutions Engineers, gathers requirements, and delivers scalable, product-led solutions through technical engagements with top opportunities.

You will partner with Account Teams, Product Management, and Development to ensure delivery excellence. The position is remote with occasional collaboration near hub locations (Atlanta, Chicago, San Antonio, Denver).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years forging relationships with VP/C-level decision makers in large accounts.
• Willingness to travel 0–25% to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a team of Solutions Engineers on top customer opportunities.
• Gather customer requirements and map to Sinch product solutions.
• Review designs and documents for clear, audience-appropriate communication.
• Coordinate with Account Teams, Product Managers, and Development groups.
• Act as trusted advisor and drive business development within accounts.
• Collaborate to ensure timely, documented delivery aligned to roadmaps.
