Job summary

Truist is seeking a consultative Payments Solutions Sales professional to lead bank-wide opportunities within Commercial Community Bank, Business Connect, Small Business Banking, and Wealth Management, focusing on cash flow management and risk mitigation.

You will manage a client portfolio, partner with bankers and product teams, develop relationship plans, and propose receivables, payables, liquidity solutions, and reporting to meet revenue and growth goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
• 3 years of sales experience in financial services or payment solutions.
• Strong virtual communication, negotiation, proactive client contact, and financial reviews.
• Understanding of the financial services sales process and client needs.
• Excellent time management and ability to manage a large pipeline.
• Self-starter capable of working with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Executes sales plan and partners with lines of business to identify and drive client opportunities.
• Fosters relationships with bankers and product partners for strategic planning.
• Manages a portfolio of clients with payments needs and working capital concepts.
• Develops relationship plans to identify retention and new client opportunities.
• Provides working capital services including receivables, payables, and liquidity solutions.
• Adheres to policies and escalates issues to leadership when needed.
• Meets with clients virtually to assess needs and recommend solutions.
• Coordinates fulfillment and referrals to product experts as required.
• Handles complex servicing issues with internal Truist resources.
• Meets individual revenue and growth goals.
