Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
• 3 years of sales experience in financial services or payment solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct business via virtual methods including interpersonal communication, negotiation, proactive client contact, building rapport, and understanding client needs.
• Strong knowledge of how a business operates and the full set of financial solutions needed by the aligned business segmentations.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage a large pipeline of deals.
• Self-starter with the ability to work productively without close supervision.

Responsibilities

• Executes sales plan and develops partnerships to identify and drive client opportunities to meet revenue targets.
• Fosters relationships with bankers and product partners to collaborate on opportunities.
• Manages a portfolio of clients with payments needs and working capital concepts.
• Develops relationship plans for clients/prospects within assigned client group.
• Provides client working capital services and liquidity solutions.
• Reports on sales efforts and revenue progression.
• Consults with clients via various communication methods to assess needs and propose solutions.
• Coordinates fulfillment and referrals to product experts as required.
• Meets performance goals for revenue and profit growth.
