Job summary

Truist in the United States is seeking a skilled Payments Solutions Sales Consultant to drive consultative sales for commercial clients. You will manage a portfolio across Commercial Community Bank, Business Connect, Small Business Banking, and Wealth Management, focusing on cash flow, working capital, and risk mitigation to grow revenue.

You will collaborate with bankers and product partners, develop relationship plans, provide liquidity solutions, and guide clients through the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
• 3 years of sales experience in financial services or payment solutions.
• Strong virtual communication, negotiation, and client needs analysis.
• Understanding of financial solutions and sales cycles for business segments.
• Excellent time management with ability to manage a large pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Executes sales plan and drives client opportunities to meet revenue goals.
• Fosters relationships with bankers and product partners for opportunities.
• Manages a portfolio of clients with payments needs and working capital concepts.
• Develops relationship plans to identify retention and acquisition opportunities.
• Provides working capital services and liquidity solutions as needed.
• Reports sales activity and revenue; maintains accuracy in administration.
• Leads peers with product knowledge and best-in-class strategies.
• Meets clients virtually to assess needs and recommend solutions.
• Coordinates fulfillment and referrals to product experts as required.
• Resolves complex servicing issues leveraging Truist resources.
