Job summary

Truist in Atlanta seeks a results-driven Commercial Payments Solutions Sales professional to drive consultative sales of payments solutions to assigned client groups, including Commercial Community Bank, Business Connect, Small Business Banking, and Wealth Management.

You will manage a portfolio, build relationships with bankers and product partners, develop relationship plans, and provide cash flow management and liquidity solutions while mitigating risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of sales experience in financial services or payments.
• Proven ability to conduct business via virtual methods with strong communication and negotiation.
• Knowledge of financial solutions and working capital concepts.
• Strong time management and ability to manage a large pipeline of deals in various stages.
• Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Executes sales plan and collaborates with lines of business to drive client sales opportunities.
• Fosters relationships with bankers and product partners to identify opportunities.
• Manages a portfolio of clients with payments needs and working capital concepts.
• Develops relationship plans to identify retention and new client opportunities.
• Provides client working capital services including receivables, payables, information reporting and liquidity solutions.
• Escalates issues and risks to leadership when needed.
• Communicates with clients effectively via email, phone, or virtual meetings.
• Maintains reporting of sales efforts and revenue progression.
