Job summary

Cox Enterprises is seeking an Auction Support Specialist to direct and train the VBS team, manage AS400 bids, and coordinate across multiple nationwide auctions. You will verify vehicle data with the auctioneer, review run orders, and provide timely announcements while maintaining safety and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Record lane and Simulcast bid amounts in AS400 and process sold units.
• Support multiple lanes and auctions across the country.
• Verify vehicle details with auctioneer and ensure correct run order.
• Review Simulcast bids and assist auctioneer with announcements.
• Provide training to VBS team members and collaborate with leadership.
• Identify issues, propose improvements and maintain client experience.
