Cox Automotive is seeking an Auction Support Specialist to lead and train a team of specialists, ensuring accurate AS400 entry, lane management, and reliable Simulcast data for auctions nationwide.

You will work with auctioneers virtually, verify run orders, coordinate with location IT for issue resolution, and uphold Cox values and safety protocols while supporting fast-paced sale days.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with 7 years related experience or equivalent.
• Ability to lead a team and provide guidance to associates.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with AS400 recommended.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced sale-day environment.

Responsibilities

• Record lane and Simulcast bid amounts in AS400.
• Enter customer data and process all sold units.
• Verify lights and vehicle run order for accuracy.
• Support multiple lanes and auctions nationwide.
• Collaborate with auction leadership and virtual block specialist team.
• Provide training to VBS team members.
• Monitor lane performance and troubleshoot with IT.
• Assist auctioneer with announcements.
• Maintain safety and Cox values during operations.
