Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direction, training, leadership and technical expertise to Auction Support Specialists.
• Use the AS400 system to record lane and Simulcast bid amounts and process sold units.
• Enter customer data, verify lights and ensure correct vehicle run order is sold.
• Support multiple lanes and auctions nationwide; collaborate with auctioneer virtually.
• Establish rapports with leadership and team members; troubleshoot with location IT.
• Model Cox values, promote safety, and perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
