Cox Enterprises is seeking a Producing Auction Support Specialist to lead and train Auction Support Specialists, providing technical guidance and ensuring accurate vehicle and bid data across multiple auctions nationwide.

The role requires experience with AS400, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with auction leadership to improve client experience while upholding safety and quality standards. This is a full-time position with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 7 years in a related field, or an equivalent combination.
• Ability to serve as a team lead and provide guidance and training to less experienced associates.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to stay focused and composed during fast-paced sale-day activities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are required.
• Ability to lift 1-10 pounds and meet vision requirements.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the AS400 system to record lane and Simulcast bid amounts, enter customer data, process all sold units, and verify/enter lights.
• Support multiple lanes with multiple auctions across the country.
• Verify system information with the auctioneer and ensure correct vehicle run order and sale data.
• Operate monitors, review Simulcast bids with the auctioneer, and provide vehicle announcements.
