Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking an Auction Support Specialist I to help keep live auctions running smoothly by recording bids, verifying vehicle data and processing transactions in real time. You will work on-site at a Cox location, part-time (approx. 15–20 hours per week) with a Tue–Thu schedule.

The role emphasizes accuracy under pressure, collaboration with the auctioneer, and tasks like title processing using Salesforce and AS400, while providing timely updates and arbitration notes as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Enter lane and Simulcast bid amounts, customer data, sold units and sale lights using the AS400 system.
• Partner with the auctioneer virtually to confirm vehicle and sale information is accurate.
• Verify run orders to ensure the correct vehicles are being processed and sold.
• Monitor Simulcast activity and communicate live updates with the auctioneer.
• Provide arbitration notes and other key vehicle announcements to support the auctioneer during the sales.
• Follow up on late titles via phone and email.
• Support title-absent processing using Salesforce.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
