Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Typically less than 2 years of experience expected.

Responsibilities

• Record lane and Simulcast bid amounts using the AS400 system and enter customer data accurately.
• Process all sold units and verify/enter lights for each transaction.
• Work with the auctioneer virtually to ensure information reflects the vehicle.
• Verify vehicle run order and ensure the correct vehicle is keyed and sold.
• Provide arbitration and other vehicle announcements to support the auctioneer.
• Respond to customer requests through multiple channels (phone, email, chat, ticketing).
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
