Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking an Auction Support Specialist I to help run live auctions on-site. You will track bids, verify vehicle and customer data, and process transactions in real time to keep operations smooth.

You will collaborate with the auctioneer, ensure accuracy of run orders, monitor Simulcast activity, and support title processing through Salesforce with timely communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Block clerk experience preferred.
• Auction experience preferred.
• Automotive industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter lane and Simulcast bid amounts and customer data in the AS400 system.
• Verify vehicle and sale information with the auctioneer.
• Monitor run orders to ensure correct vehicles are processed and sold.
• Provide arbitration notes and key vehicle announcements for the auctioneer.
• Follow up on late titles via phone and email.
• Support title-absent processing using Salesforce.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
