Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Vice President of Sales for Veterinary to own large, multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. This is an individual-contributor role with an annual $2M quota, remote across the USA or Canada, and no direct reports.

You will close multi-location veterinary groups, lead enterprise negotiations, and expand services across locations. Timeframes range 3–12 months per deal, with strategic stakeholders at owners, regional operators, and marketing

Qualifications

• Must have a track record of closing $1M+ yearly on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to veterinary groups or multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.
• Independent contributor with no direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Own full cycle on large deals from discovery to close, 3–12 months.
• Negotiate with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Expand: more locations and services after a signed deal.
• Collaborate on proposals with strategists and leadership for deals that matter.
