Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Senior Account Executive for Veterinary to close new business and grow multi-clinic accounts. You will work with SDRs, strategists and leadership on high-value deals, managing multi-step sales cycles and virtual selling.

This consultative closer role requires strong communication, executive presence and the ability to navigate long sales cycles from discovery to contract across veterinary groups and related marketing services.

Qualifications

• Experience closing deals in a veterinary or veterinary services context.
• Experience with 3–12 month consultative sales cycles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple decision-makers.
• Strong executive presence and remote selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sales cycle with veterinary groups, from discovery through close.
• Convert warm meetings and inbound leads into signed contracts.
• Engage multiple decision makers: owners, operators and marketing leaders.
• Create proposals, presentations and negotiations with strategists.
• Grow the veterinary accounts after first engagement.
