Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Senior Account Executive for Veterinary to close new business and grow accounts, collaborating with SDRs, strategists, and leadership on high-value deals. This consultative role emphasizes virtual selling, discovery, and managing multi-step sales cycles.

You will own the full sales cycle, nurture warm inbound opportunities, coordinate with decision-makers, and craft proposals and negotiations with strategists, expanding accounts after first engagement.

Qualifications

• Years in a quota carrying closing role.
• Selling into veterinary, or marketing and agency services to similar buyers.
• Experience with longer consultative cycles of 3 to 12 months.
• Strong executive presence and comfort selling remotely.

Responsibilities

• The full sales cycle with veterinary groups and multi-clinic practices, from discovery through close.
• Warm meetings booked by our sales development team and inbound, turned into signed contracts.
• Deals with several decision makers: owners, operators and marketing leaders.
• Proposals, presentations and negotiation, built with our strategists.
• Growing the veterinary accounts you close after the first engagement.
