Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency focused on websites, SEO, and paid media for veterinary groups and multi-clinic practices. As Director of Sales for Veterinary, you own the largest multi-location deals from initial meetings to signed contracts.

The role is remote (USA or Canada) with an annual $2M quota, and you will close high-value groups with many locations, working with inbound leads and our sales development team.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of closing large multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to veterinary groups or multi-location buyers in marketing/agency services.
• Experience with long, consultative sale cycles involving multiple decision makers.
• Willingness to focus on closing rather than managing people.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for large deals from discovery to close over 3–12 months.
• Negotiate with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders.
• Expand after signings to add locations and services.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership on proposals for key deals.
