Job summary

Blacksmith Agency, an AI-first digital agency serving veterinary groups and multi-clinic practices, seeks a Head of Sales for Veterinary. You own the largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract, with deals spanning several locations. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.

You’ll close across discovery, proposal, negotiation over 3 to 12 months, guided by our strategists. Leads come from our sales development team or inbound.

Qualifications

• Track record of closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to veterinary groups or multi-location buyers in agency or marketing services.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle on large multi-location deals from discovery to close (3–12 months).
• Engage owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Expand relationships to add locations and services after a signed deal.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to craft proposals for high-priority opportunities.
