Qualifications

8+ years in a Varicent Functional or Technical Lead role.
8+ years configuring and debugging Varicent SPM platforms.
8+ years' experience gathering requirements, fit-gap analysis, design, configuration, UAT, and product health.
5+ years Varicent SPM platform experience, including calculations and workflows.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business and technical partners to support the Compensation functional area for Sales Incentives.
Develop vision, goals and roadmap for the Product with stakeholders.
Evaluate Varicent capabilities through research and testing.
Translate business requirements to technical solutions and create timelines.
Lead design, development, and maintenance of the Varicent SPM platform.
