Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a seasoned Varicent SPM Functional & Technical Lead to support Compensation operations within the HR Technology team. You will translate business requirements into scalable Varicent solutions, drive roadmaps, and collaborate with HR partners to optimize sales incentives.

This role requires 8+ years in Varicent, strong experience configuring BPs, UAT, reporting, and integrations, plus mentoring and timely delivery of enhancements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a Varicent functional or technical lead role.
• 8+ years configuring and debugging Varicent SPM workflows and business processes.
• 8+ years working with business to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, design solutions, and document.
• 5+ years Varicent SPM platform experience, including calculations and configuration.
• 5+ years building integrations between Varicent and enterprise systems.
• 4+ years of experience with Varicent integration architecture and design patterns.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technical partners to support the Compensation functional area for Sales Incentives.
• Develop vision, goals and roadmap for the Product with stakeholders.
• Understand business needs and evaluate Varicent capabilities through research and testing.
• Gather requirements, business process optimization, fit-gap analysis, functional design, configuration and testing; document at each stage.
• Lead translation of business requirements to technical solutions and create timelines; drive product innovation.
• Lead design, development, and maintenance of the Varicent SPM platform and reports.
