Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Varicent Functional/Technical Expert to support Compensation for Sales Incentives and related HR programs. You will collaborate across HR Technology and HR Shared Services to design scalable solutions and ensure alignment with business goals.

You will lead configuration, testing, reporting, and analytics on the Varicent platform, driving enhancements, governance, and documentation to support executives and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in a Varicent Functional or Technical Lead role.
• 8+ years' experience configuring and debugging Business Processes and building solutions in Varicent SPM platforms.
• 8+ years' experience working with business to gather requirements, perform fit gap analysis, design solutions, create functional designs, configuring SaaS applications, performing user acceptance testing, and maintaining the health of the product.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technical partners to support the Compensation functional area for Sales Incentives.
• Develop vision, goals and roadmap for the Product with stakeholders.
• Understand business needs and evaluate Varicent capabilities through research and testing.
• Gather requirements, document design, and lead testing activities.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and timelines.
• Lead design, development, and maintenance of the Varicent SPM platform to meet objectives.
