Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Functional & Technical Expert for the Varicent SPM platform to join our HR Technology team. You will support Compensation operations by delivering scalable technology solutions and collaborating with HR Shared Services across business segments.

You will translate business needs into technical designs, configure Varicent, build reports and dashboards, and ensure solution alignment with Total Rewards and HR partners.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a Varicent Functional or Technical Lead role.
• 8+ years configuring and debugging Varicent SPM workflows.
• 5+ years configuring integrations between Varicent and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technical partners to support the Compensation functional area for Sales Incentives, including the established list of global priorities and roadmaps.
• Work closely with business leaders and stakeholders to develop vision, goals and roadmap for the Product.
• Understand the needs of the business and evaluate Varicent capabilities through research and testing.
• Gather requirements, business process optimization, fit-gap analysis, functional design, configuration and testing. Create necessary documentation in each stage.
• Lead the translation of business requirements to technical solutions and create appropriate timelines. Encourage product innovation and alternative ways of approaching business.
• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the Varicent SPM platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with business objectives.
