Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Functional & Technical Expert to lead and optimize the Varicent SPM platform within the HR Technology team. You will translate business needs into scalable technical solutions for Total Rewards compensation, collaborating across HR Shared Services and business partners to deliver robust sales incentives capabilities.

The role demands extensive experience with Varicent, strong analytical and communication skills, and a proven ability to drive product roadmaps,

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a Varicent Functional or Technical Lead role.
• 8+ years configuring and debugging Business Processes and building solutions in Varicent SPM platforms.
• 8+ years working with business to gather requirements, perform fit gap analysis, design solutions, create functional designs, configuring SaaS applications, performing user acceptance testing, and maintaining the health of the product.
• 5+ years Varicent SPM platform experience, including calculations, workflows and configuration.
• 5+ years of experience configuring and building integrations between Varicent and enterprise systems.
• 5+ years' experience generating Varicent reports for analysis, data auditing and supporting requests from various business teams.
• 4+ years of experience with Varicent integration architecture and design patterns.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technical partners to support the Compensation functional area for Sales Incentives.
• Develop vision, goals and roadmap for the Product with stakeholders.
• Evaluate Varicent capabilities through research and testing.
• Gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and create documentation in each stage.
• Lead translation of business requirements to technical solutions and timelines.
