CVS Health Corporation is seeking a seasoned Functional & Technical Expert for the Varicent SPM platform to join our HR Technology team. You will support Compensation operations by designing, configuring, and maintaining scalable Varicent solutions in partnership with HR Shared Services across business segments.

You will lead design, development and maintenance of Varicent enhancements, build complex reports and dashboards, perform fit-gap analysis, and ensure alignment with business goals while

Qualifications

8+ years in a Varicent Functional or Technical Lead role.
8+ years configuring and debugging Business Processes in Varicent SPM.
8+ years gathering requirements, fit-gap analysis, design, SaaS configuration, UAT, and product health.

Responsibilities

Lead the translation of business requirements to technical solutions and create timelines.
Design, develop, and maintain the Varicent SPM platform for scalability and reliability.
Configure enhancements, including calculations, workflows, and incentive components.
