Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Functional & Technical Expert for the Varicent SPM platform to join our HR Technology team in the United States. You will support compensation business operations by delivering scalable technology solutions and collaborating with HR Shared Services across segments.

You will lead Varicent design, development, testing, and reporting, establish cross-functional partnerships, and drive continuous improvements aligned with business priorities and global compensation strategies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a Varicent Functional or Technical Lead role.
• 8+ years configuring and debugging Varicent Business Processes.
• 5+ years Varicent SPM platform experience (calculations, workflows, configuration).
• 5+ years integrating Varicent with enterprise systems.
• 5+ years generating Varicent reports for analysis and data auditing.
• 4+ years Varicent integration architecture and design patterns.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners to support the Compensation functional area for Sales Incentives.
• Develop vision, goals and roadmap for the product with stakeholders.
• Evaluate Varicent capabilities through research and testing.
• Gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and create functional designs.
• Lead design, development, and maintenance of the Varicent SPM platform.
• Configure and customize Varicent enhancements and documentation.
• Design and maintain complex Varicent reports, dashboards, analytics.
• Perform user acceptance testing and maintain project documentation.
• Ensure timely delivery of enhancements and alignment with business objectives.
• Mentor and guide product teams and shared services.
