Job summary
CVS Health is seeking an experienced Functional & Technical Expert for the Varicent SPM platform within the HR Technology team. The role focuses on supporting Compensation business operations and aligning with Total Rewards and HR stakeholders across CVS Health.
The ideal candidate combines functional and technical expertise with a collaborative approach to design, implement, and optimize compensation solutions and reports for sales incentives.
Qualifications
- 8+ years' experience in a Varicent Functional or Technical Lead role.
- 8+ years' experience configuring and debugging Varicent SPM platforms.
- 8+ years' experience gathering requirements, performing fit-gap analysis, and designing solutions.
- 5+ years Varicent SPM platform experience, including calculations, workflows and configuration.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and technical partners to support the Compensation functional area for Sales Incentives.
- Develop vision, goals and roadmap for the Product with business leaders and stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements to technical solutions and create timelines.
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the Varicent SPM platform, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Design, build, and maintain Varicent reports, dashboards, and analytics to support reporting requirements.
