Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks a seasoned Functional & Technical Expert for the Varicent SPM platform within the HR Technology team. You will support Compensation business operations and deliver scalable tech solutions across CVS Health's Total Rewards and HR partners.

The role combines functional and technical work, requiring collaboration with both technical and non-technical partners to design, configure, and maintain Varicent enhancements and reports.

Qualifications

8+ years' experience in a Varicent Functional or Technical Lead role.
8+ years' experience configuring and debugging business processes in Varicent SPM.
8+ years' experience gathering requirements, designing solutions and testing.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business and technical partners to support the Compensation functional area for Sales Incentives.
Develop vision, goals and roadmap for the Product with stakeholders.
Evaluate Varicent capabilities through research and testing.
Gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, functional design, configuration and testing.
