Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a senior professional to lead the Varicent SPM platform within the HR Technology team. You will partner with Compensation, Total Rewards, and HR stakeholders to design and deliver scalable sales incentive solutions, align with business goals, and drive functional/technical excellence across the organization.

You will translate requirements into technical designs, configure the platform, and own reporting, analytics and validation.

Qualifications

8+ years' experience in a Varicent Functional or Technical Lead role.
8+ years' experience configuring and debugging Business Processes and building solutions in Varicent SPM platforms.
5+ years Varicent SPM platform experience, including calculations, workflows and configuration.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business and technical partners to support the Compensation functional area for Sales Incentives.
Develop vision, goals and roadmap for the Product with stakeholders.
Understand business needs and evaluate Varicent capabilities through research and testing.
Lead translation of requirements to technical solutions and manage timelines.
Design, develop, and maintain the Varicent SPM platform for scalability and reliability.
Configure enhancements, including calculations, workflows, rules, and compensation plan components.
