Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Varicent Functional & Technical Expert to join its HR Technology team. You will support the Compensation function for Sales Incentives across the organization, translating business needs into scalable configurations and analytics.

You will collaborate with HR Shared Services and business partners, design roadmaps, configure the Varicent platform, develop reports, and ensure reliability, governance, and alignment with Total Rewards objectives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in a Varicent Functional or Technical Lead role.
• 8+ years' experience configuring and debugging Business Processes and building solutions in Varicent SPM platforms.
• 8+ years' experience gathering requirements, perform fit gap analysis, design solutions, configure SaaS applications, testing and product health.
• 5+ years Varicent SPM platform experience, including calculations and workflows.
• 5+ years configuring and building integrations between Varicent and enterprise systems.
• 5+ years' experience generating Varicent reports for analysis and data auditing.
• 4+ years Varicent integration architecture and design patterns.

Responsibilities

• Support Compensation functional area for Sales Incentives with global priorities and roadmaps.
• Develop vision, goals and roadmap for the Product with stakeholders.
• Evaluate Varicent capabilities through research and testing.
• Gather requirements, business process optimization, fit-gap analysis, functional design, configuration and testing.
• Lead translation of business requirements to technical solutions with timelines.
• Design, development, and maintenance of the Varicent SPM platform for scalability and reliability.
• Configure, customize, and develop Varicent enhancements and reports for operations and governance.
