Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Varicent Functional/Technical Expert to join our HR Technology team. You will support Compensation business operations, collaborate with HR Shared Services, and drive the design, configuration, and maintenance of the Varicent SPM platform to meet business objectives.

You will translate business needs into scalable solutions, develop roadmaps with stakeholders, and ensure robust reporting and analytics to support Sales Incentives across CVS Health's Total Rewards

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a Varicent functional/lead role.
• 8+ years configuring and debugging Varicent processes.
• 5+ years Varicent SPM with calculations, workflows, and config.
• 5+ years building integrations between Varicent and enterprise systems.
• 4+ years experience Varicent integration architecture and design patterns.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technical partners to support Compensation for Sales Incentives.
• Develop vision, goals, and roadmap for the product with stakeholders.
• Evaluate Varicent capabilities through research and testing.
• Gather requirements, analyze processes, perform fit-gap analysis, design, configure, test.
• Translate business needs to technical solutions with timeliness.
• Lead design, development, and maintenance of the Varicent SPM platform.
• Configure enhancements including calculations, workflows, rules, and compensation components.
• Design and maintain Varicent reports, dashboards, analytics, and audits.
• Perform UAT, maintain documentation, test plans and results.
• Maintain up-to-date deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure timely delivery of enhancements, projects and defects with scalable solutions.
• Collaborate to maintain transparency and set expectations across teams.
• Integrate data insights to inform strategy and actions.
• Mentor and guide team members; evaluate new technologies and vendor updates.
